• Collaborate on diverse projects, from digital campaigns to print and possibly motion graphics, translating creative concepts into compelling visual narratives.
• Work alongside our creative minds to deliver projects that not only meet but exceed client expectations, maintaining brand integrity and achieving campaign goals.
• Utilise and grow your design skills under the mentorship of industry veterans, constantly pushing the boundaries of quality and innovation.
• Contribute fresh, innovative ideas in brainstorming sessions, staying ahead of design trends and exploring new tools like generative AI to enhance our creative output.

Anforderungen

• A portfolio that showcases a keen eye for design across digital and print mediums.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects) and Figma, with a zest for mastering new technologies.
• A solid grasp of design fundamentals and a thirst for expanding your prowess in visual, product, and digital arenas.
• The ability to thrive in a team, learning from and contributing to our collective success, paired with excellent communication skills in English. German is a bonus, but not a must.
